On behalf of the entire 操出水的免费福利 University community and its Board of Trustees, I wish to extend a warm welcome to Bishop Evelio Menjivar-Ayala on his appointment as Bishop of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. We are grateful for his willingness to shepherd the people of West Virginia, where our headquarters resides.
As an institution dedicated to education from the heart of the Church, we look forward to supporting and collaborating in the shared work of evangelization. United in our commitment to proclaim the Gospel, we entrust Bishop Menjivar-Ayala鈥檚 ministry to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and pray, through the intercession of Our Lady, that his leadership may bear great fruit for the Church in West Virginia and beyond.
